When an employee departs from Narrative, there are a number of resources and credentials that should be decommissioned.
General
Make sure to recover laptops and any other hardware that was issued. Laptops should be reset to factory settings before
reuse.
Accounts will need to be decommissioned for the following services:
- Google Apps: deactivate account
- Slack: deactivate account
- GitHub: Remove account from Narrative team
- Asana: Remove account from Narrative team
- WeWork: Remove account from Narrative/Jounce team
- Expensify: Remove account from Narrative team
- Narrative UI: Deactivate account
Developers
Developers will also need the following deactivated:
- AWS:
- deactivate password used for console access
- disable any API keys + secrets associated with user
- decommission any ssh keys associated with the user
- Datadog: disable user in Narrative team
- PagerDuty: Remove account from Narrative team
